These are the different faunas used as culinary ingredients in the Philippines. This is probably the most diverse category where we have endemic fishes, clams, and mollusks. More than that, you can find ingredients that are derived from fauna such as Itlog ng Abuos (Egg of Abuos ants) and Gatas ng Kalabaw (Cow’s Milk).
